About Vined and Dined Events

Owner, Cook, & Chief Sommelier

Shannon Listerman has been creating in the kitchen since 3 years old. Although originally taught by her grandmother and mother; she has expanded her skill set through years of practice, cooking classes, education, and experiencing an extensive variety of cuisines globally. In more recent years she has completed her WSET Level 2 which has aided in bringing this business to life! A passion for delicious food, the art of wine pairing, and entertainment is the foundation for Vined and Dined Events.

Locally Sourced Ingredients

At this time, all food is prepared by Shannon. The custom menus created will be executed by her and the food brought to your event will be made to follow the Florida Food and Safety first guidelines.  All of the ingredients used will be locally sourced dependent on availability.
